Can I use a midi keyboard to play music like a normal keyboard?
If it’s possible, what program can I use or what website can I use to figure this out. I basically just want to play music with my midi keyboard. I don’t really want to record anything.
Yes, the difference between a regular piano keyboard and a midi keyboard is a regular one works mechanically while midi one is electronics. Since it’s electronics based, a lot of features are depends on the design of the manufacturer, just take the make and model(info might on be underside the keyboard) to the manufacturer web site for a search, or just do a yahoo search for the model, download the manual, go thru it, then you’ll play a midi keyboard like another other keyboards.

What software can i use to make music with a midi keyboard input?
I have a midi keyboard and a midi to USB converter which plugs into the computer. What software can I use to make music, like Logic express but for windows XP???
