What model of electronic piano keyboard is better?
i’d like to know more about electronic piano keyboard..i’m planning to have one after my graduation so i need some help here..please kindly leave your advise or comment..thank you^^
I received a Yamaha 625 keyboard and absolutly love the sound quality as well as features that can expand with you. Yamaha has a great website and suite for adding more sound also. Not to mention the price is very affordable and the looks can accentuate any room. I also use the keyboard for in home studio recording.

My electronic keyboard is a half step off?
I just got a spectrum 61 key electronic keyboard for christmas, since I wanted a keyboard in my room, instead of always having to use my grand piano..Anyways, the pitch of the keyboard is one half step off, I compared it to an online tuner, and my original piano. The piano is perfectly in pitch btw, so please don’t say that maybe the piano is off pitch and not the keyboard. So is there anything I can do to fix the problem? Or should I send it back to the manufacturer?
Page 23 of the manual talks about how to transpose the notes… I’m betting this is what you want. The only other thought I had was the possibility of the pitch wheel being moved down?

Koko plays an electronic keyboard
Koko likes to experiment with many forms of art and technology. Though she has primarily dabbled in painting (see her amazing representational Gorilla Art) she has recently taken up an interest in music too.
Here Koko tries out a new, flexible, electronic keyboard, and improvises a little tune (music and rhythm) while Penny records it. When Penny plays back the tune, Koko seems to like what she hears, signing “Koko love.”
Like sign language, music can be another dimension of interspecies communication. It’s another window into the mind, heart and soul of another being, and lets us share something that’s universal — joy.
Lesson: Gorillas aren’t much better than humans at creating music without taking lessons first.
