yup, except usually now-a-days b is “ti”. In my advanced sight singing course in college, “si” was a sharped 5th so it would be G#. But yeah in the old system and in some places b is “si” (in the key of C Major)

Each letter represents one note. Don’t know the order, cause i learned notes. But i think it’s easy to find on the internet.
