Thanks for your Reply Rudy, I have my Tyros to the left of my XK3, as I play the Tyros a lot, so I’m gonna stick with this, but I still love your setup, and you have a new fan so I will be looking out for new videos from you.
    Thanks Keith

Keith UK, The XK3/ 2 and the tyros would be great. Although I still prefer my yamaha DX72 on the bottom, the xk3 in the middle and the tyros on top. Reason is, I can still play the XK3 from the DX7, thus no need for a second XK3, while gaining the sounds of the DX7. As far as reaching for the Tyros way out there, No Need thanks to Midi. I play the Tyros from the bottom and middle keyboards. Thanks . Rudy

    Rudy, Just been …
Rudy, Just been watching your fantastic videos, I’ve been an organist/keyboard player for more years than I care to mention, but you’ve got me thinking about modifying my kit to look similar to yours. I have an XK3(2 manual) Pro system, and a Tyros 2, I think I could come up with something, but how does it feel playing the Tyros on top of the XK3, is it comfortable and do your arms ache after a while, as it seems a bit of a stretch. Would love to hear your opinion.

    Many Thanks
    Keith UK

    Tom (cinema104), …
Tom (cinema104), The 25 note Midi pedals are Hammond model XK. I then installed chrome extrusions over top the wooden pedals. Now they look like my old X-66 pedal board. I feed the midi out of the XK pedals into two Peavy Bass tone modules. Gives me a nice fat bass sound. Thanks for your interest in my system. Rudy.

How about your pedal board, Rudy. How did you hook it up and where did you get the 25 noter.

At last I found someone as crazy as me about making an organ using many arrangers and synths. My equipment is much more modest but competes with many top of the line and very expensive modern organs. Soon I’ll be adding a Mediastation Fatar keyboard as a middle keyboard which is a computer based workstation for many Vst sounds. Congratulations!

Thanks for the reply Motune. Technics made a very nice keyboard in my opinion. To bad they got out of the keyboard business. Rudy

Excellent set up and demonstration, Rudy! I currently play a Ketron SD-1 but cut my teeth on the Technics KN series with the KN1000, 2000 and 5000.
