These controllers are the biggest piles of garbage ever. The first one I bought came out of the box with a broken key. Probably thanks to “Made In China” quality. I returned it for a second one. I run protools 8 with vista. This thing is supposed to be plug and play and not even need drivers to work on my system. Drivers or not no matter what I do, it will not work. Tech support is useless. Save your money and your sanity.
