Ok what is those two little scroll like wheels called you can find too the left of the white keys on like Yamaha keyboards that sorta stretches or fluctuates the sound out? And also is it possible to buy it as an add on or accessory for a keyboard?

These wheels are used for changing the pitch and modulation. Some keyboards just have one wheel and this is normally a pitch bend wheel. The modulation wheel adds a sort of vibrato to the sound which can be very light to very heavy depending on what kind of sounds you want.

I don’t know if you can buy them as a separate item. Have a look at this site and do a search for "pitch bend wheel"
